1. These terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Made for Occasions website and any enquiry or booking made through it. By using this site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. See also our Hire Agreement, which sets out specific terms for confirmed bookings.

2. Enquiries and bookings

• Submitting the Check Availability form is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.
• Availability and pricing are confirmed by us directly following your enquiry.
• Dates are only secured once the required booking payment has been made and confirmed by us in writing.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the number or wording combination, event date, venue location and whether you choose collection or delivery. A final price will be confirmed before your booking is secured.

4. Collection and delivery

Hire items are either collected and returned by the customer, or delivered, set up and collected by us — whichever is agreed at booking. Delivery pricing is confirmed individually with you based on your location once you enquire.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any amounts that are non-refundable, will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

6. Damage and loss

Terms covering damage, loss or missing items during the hire period are set out in our Hire Agreement, which is provided as part of the booking process.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law. Subject to this, our liability to you is limited to the value of your booking.
